I bring a collaborative and reflective approach to therapy. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also recognizing the many factors that influence them. We will work to build a sense of direction and gradually move toward it - through shifting patterns, deepening self-understanding, and discovering new ways of relating and responding to life’s challenges.
Engaging in therapeutic work can be daunting - I am here to move with you through these processes at your pace, without judgement or expectation.

Free 15 min Consultations
Payment Policy & Insurance
You will be provided a receipt following payment of session that can then be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance or employer regarding coverage.
Please note that a late-cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. Sometimes life happens, and this will be taken into consideration when implementing these policies.
