Individual Therapy

Approach

I use a collaborative and trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we will work to uncover areas which feel stuck, and work toward small, meaningful shifts. Present challenges will be met with practical tools while also tending to what's beneath the surface. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, ADHD or looking to make sense of your experiences, I provide a non-judgmental space to work through it together.

Areas of Focus

Anxiety & Panic

ADHD-related concerns & Neurodivergence

Relationship Issues & Interpersonal Conflict

Emotion Regulation & Emotional Overwhelm

Therapy may also explore areas such as: self-esteem, identity, family-dynamics, past & current life stressors, trauma, grief, motivation, coping mechanisms, life adversities and more.

Modalities/Techniques

Based on your current concerns in relation to your goals, I work through the lens of ACT, DBT, EFT and Narrative Therapy, with an emphasis on Mind-Body Awareness, neurodiversity-affirming practices and compassion-focused care.

Couples Therapy

Approach

My approach is shaped by Gottman's Method Couples Therapy and further informed by attachment theory and neurodiversity-affirming practices. Working within this framework, the therapist adopts a neutral position to help address immediate concerns while tending to the foundational layers of the relationship.

Areas of Focus

I focus on working with premarital couples seeking support in conflict-resolution, communication differences, deepening connection & understanding, and cross-neurotype relationships.
